Terms and Conditions

  1. By accessing and using this website you agree to the Terms and Conditions set by Blazen Limited t/a Blazen.Metal.
  2. Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time.
  3. All prices listed are in NZD and inclusive of GST
  4. Because our products are cut to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
  5. We will endeavor to meet our quoted dispatch times, however at times this may not be possible – we will email you and update you on your order if the quoted dispatch time is unable to be met.
  6. Your purchase will be tracked upon dispatch, and the tracking information provided to you. We take no responsibility for delays or loss once in the postal system. We also take no responsibility for damage caused in the postal system. If there are issues, we will try our best to resolve them.
  7. You product is made of raw steel – you accept upon purchasing, that the product may have imperfections in colour and shape. There may also be product information stamps on your product from the steel manufacture – these will fade as the item weathers. All weathering steel weathers differently. Your product may look different upon weathering from any weathered product pictured on this website.
  8. Your product is dispatched un-weathered/it may have early weathering signs – it will not arrive with a full rusty patina.
  9. Your address panel will be supplied without mounting holes unless specified in the ‘order notes’.
  10. We take no responsibility for you misspelling your address/custom text. Please ensure that all custom text is proof-read before completing your order.
  11. On custom work, a 30% deposit will be required to allow work to proceed. This is non-refundable unless we fail to supply the product ordered, or both parties agree the deposit is refundable in part, or in full. The balance will be payable prior to dispatch of the goods.
  12. We try to ensure that all descriptions, images, prices, measurements and details are accurate, however errors may occur. If we discover an error we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order or withdrawing it. Measurements are accurate approximations, but please allow for small differences in size, due to the nature of the product and the cutting process.
  13. For custom products (which are not fireplaces), it will be agreed upon in the contract who owns the intellectual property. Quotes will be related to whether you maintain intellectual property rights, or whether Blazen.Metal maintains the intellectual property rights.
  14. For custom fireplace design orders, Blazen.Metal will retain the intellectual property rights and reserves the right to list the item as a product for general purchase in the future.
  15. We may retain personal information provided through this website in our database. By accepting our terms and conditions you are acknowledging that you have read and accept our Privacy Policy. This lays out how we may use your information. By accepting these terms and conditions you guarantee that all information provided by you is accurate.
  16. Payments are kept secure through our SSL enabled website.
  17. If paying by credit card, you are agreeing to the STRIPE Terms of Service, which can be found here – https://stripe.com/nz/checkout/legal
  18. We will always fulfill our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
  19. Please notify us if you have any complaints or disputes and we will try to resolve them with you upon notification.
