All listed items, excluding fireplaces, are shipped with New Zealand Post. Generally, all products are cut upon order. For standard products without customisation, you need to allow 4 working days for production, plus the 3 working day NZ post delivery target, but we will endeavor to have all orders created and shipped promptly, to minimise this time. Please allow an extra 2-3 days for rural delivery.
Any other custom orders, you will be informed of a delivery time-frame with your quote.
Collapsible Fireplaces:
Collapsible fireplaces are shipped to your door with New Zealand Post. Please allow 5 working day for production plus the 3 working day NZ post delivery target. Your phone number will be included on the shipping note incase there are any issues with delivery, as this item exceeds 20kg in weight.
Chiminea and Geo-bowl Fireplaces:
All fireplaces are shipped with MOVE Freight. Depot to depot shipping is included with the cost of the item. For standard fireplaces without customisation, you need to allow 15 working days for manufacture, plus shipping time (this will vary depending on your location, but fireplaces generally reach their destination within a week). We will endeavor to have all orders created and shipped promptly, to minimise this time.
Any other custom orders, you will be informed of a delivery time-frame with your quote.
Tracking details will be sent to you once the item has been dropped to the shipping depot. You will then get a call from the receiving depot to collect your item once it has arrived. Please do so promptly, or storage fees may apply.
